Northstar Council

A group of up to six DAO delegates responsible for supervising the DAO’s direction and long-term strategy to ensure it is aligned with the missions and constitution adopted by the DAO.

Scoring Committee

Industry experts, including top venture capitalists and web3 leaders, evaluate proposals, draft memos, advise on development and provide a suggested exit strategy to ensure the DAO makes informed decisions when voting to allocate resources.

Execution Engine

One or several DAO entities that essentially operate as the operational arm, enforcing governance decisions and promoting the DAO mission. Responsibilities will gradually automate and decentralize to a bigger number of DAO contributors.

Deus Labs

The innovation hub for advancing open-source robotics, ethical AI, and decentralized technologies. It collaborates with research institutions to conduct R&D and turn bold ideas into real-world products.
